Speed, pain, blood and gain, it’s Red Hook Crit all over again!
Lately I’ve been posting a lot about RodaGira, but nothing surpasses this one.
This is the first time my work is represented in a bike frame, and for me it’s HUGE, for this I’m grateful to Nuno Sota, the owner of RodaGira.
Arrogante was created by RodaGira, designed by me, hand made with Columbus Airplane tubing and painted in Italy.
Based in the pattern that I most like (CMYK), Arrogante will be also available in other colours. Check out RodaGira page for more info.
Now for the geeky stuff about the frame: Handmade in Italy, Columbus airplane tubing, Columbus Tusk straight carbon fork, three color combination option (soon), frame weight 1550g (size L), fork weight 400g (uncut), internal headset 45, BB baa threaded, seat clamp 34.8mm, seat post 31.6mm, no rear brake hole (exception on request).

Some of the images that caught my attention during my last years of work compiled at the sound of Foster The People - Pumped up Kicks.
I took this photo of my grandfather before he moved from his old home (where he’s been living for the last 50 years) to a new one. This seven square foot sized room is his workplace, and this thing he’s repairing is his first radio that he made back in the days.
During my childhood I’ve passed days and days looking at him working, soldering, repairing, inventing so much stuff I can’t even remember… what he needed he would make it, that’s it. The ideia of DIY grew up on me since the beginning of my existence, and thanks to him I have the feeling that nothing is impossible.
Most of the work done by me as been created with the help of some gadget that I made for that specific purpose. So I felt the need to immortalise this moment.
Bike Polo is growing in Portugal, this video is like a commemoration between two cities that got together during one Sunday morning to show some people what is like to play it.
